End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and 3Meel ("we", "our", "us") governing your use of the 3Meel software, applications, and related services ("Software").

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, 3Meel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for lawful, authorized, and personal parental control or device-management purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

2. Authorized and Permitted Use

You may use the Software only in the following lawful circumstances:

• On devices you own
• On devices used by your minor children, where you are the parent or legal guardian
• On devices where you have obtained explicit, informed, and lawful consent from the device owner

All features operate only when enabled by the authorized user and subject to applicable laws.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Software to:

• Monitor any device without lawful authorization or consent
• Engage in surveillance, harassment, stalking, or invasion of privacy
• Violate privacy, data-protection, or child-protection laws
• Circumvent security measures or access restricted systems
• Use the Software for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes

Any prohibited use constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4. User Responsibility and Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining and maintaining any required consents or authorizations
• Understanding local, national, and international legal requirements related to device management and parental control

3Meel does not provide legal advice and does not verify user authorization.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software, including all content, code, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to 3Meel and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software
• Remove or alter proprietary notices

6. Updates and Modifications

3Meel may provide updates, patches, or modifications to improve functionality, security, or compliance. Such updates may be installed automatically and are governed by this Agreement.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Software at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3Meel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Use or inability to use the Software
• Data loss or service interruptions
• Unauthorized or unlawful use by users
• Legal consequences resulting from misuse

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.

3Meel may terminate this Agreement immediately if you:

• Violate any provision of this Agreement
• Use the Software unlawfully or without authorization

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from your devices.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
